I created this site to serve as a portfolio for my growing body of web design work in CSS design and Flash design. Why CSS? As with all web technologies, there are benefits and drawbacks, but as more and more browsers become standards-compliant, the benefits of CSS-driven design have become obvious. CSS-driven design:

  1. Saves on bandwidth. Leaner pages require less bandwidth to render.
  2. Requires far less code. The cleaner, clearer-looking code is easier to maintain, saving your budget from hours of work.
  3. Accessible pages and DDA compliance. Websites designed with CSS are far easier for text-reading browsers and PDAs to display.
  4. Better SERPs. Search Engine Ranking Placements are greater when your page isn't cluttered with table tags filled with meaningless and empty images.
